Your files are temporary and private.
Files are processed only to create the caption-free video you request and are automatically deleted after 72 hours.
What we process
We process the file, its basic technical metadata, your account details, task status, and billing records needed to operate the service.
Retention
Original and processed videos are retained for up to 72 hours after completion or failure. Minimal operational and audit records may remain without the video files.
Your control
You can delete a task before expiry. Signed upload and download links are temporary, and source files are not publicly listed.
